AgO Más — Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to every booking for Agō Más, the first edition of Agō Pilates Studio's Pilates masterclass. By booking a place, you confirm that you have read and accepted them.

1. The masterclass

Time: 15:00 – 19:00 both days (8 hours in total)

Language: English

Venue: Agō Pilates Studio, C/ de Girona 22, 08010 Barcelona

Agō Más is a workshop for people who want to go deeper into their own practice. It is not a teacher training, and it does not lead to a certificate or qualification to teach Pilates.

The masterclass is sold as one programme across both afternoons. Places cannot be booked, refunded or credited for a single day.

2. Booking and payment

These are first-edition prices. To book the member rate, you must hold an active 10-pack or monthly subscription on the day you book.

•      Places are limited and are allocated in the order payment is received.

•      Your place is confirmed only once full payment has gone through and you have received a confirmation email from us.

•      Bookings are made at agopilatesstudio.com. Payment is taken in full at the time of booking.

•      The price covers both afternoons of the masterclass. It does not include travel, accommodation or anything outside the sessions.

Because Agō Más takes place on fixed dates, the 14-day withdrawal period for distance purchases does not apply. Your cancellation options are set out in section 3.

3. If you can't make it

What you get back depends on when you tell us. Days are counted back from the first day of the masterclass, Saturday 28 November 2026.

13 to 7 days before (Sunday 15 – Saturday 21 November)

A credit for the full amount paid, for a future Agō Más edition

Less than 7 days before (from Sunday 22 November)

No refund or credit — but you can pass your place to a friend

How to cancel. Write to hola@agopilatesstudio.com. The time your email reaches us is the time of cancellation. We will confirm by email.

Refunds are paid to the original payment method within 14 days of your cancellation.

Credits are personal to you and can be used for any future Agō Más edition. They cannot be exchanged for cash or used for regular classes.

Passing your place to a friend. Email us your friend's full name before the masterclass starts. They then attend on these same terms. You can pass your place on at any time, not only in the last 7 days.

Missing a session. If you do not attend, arrive late or leave early without having cancelled, no refund or credit is due.

4. If we have to cancel or change things

If Agō cancels the masterclass for any reason, you receive a full refund of everything you paid, including the admin fee. Refunds are made within 14 days to the original payment method.

•      Rescheduling. If we move the masterclass to new dates, you choose between keeping your place on the new dates or a full refund.

•      Teacher. If Sara Pacini cannot teach because of illness or an emergency, we may offer a replacement teacher of equivalent experience. You may then accept the replacement or take a full refund.

•      Programme. We may adjust the order or detail of the content on the day, as long as the masterclass still covers the history, the body and the repertoire.

Our liability for a cancellation or change is limited to the amount you paid for your place. We are not responsible for travel, accommodation or other costs you have booked.

5. Health, safety and attendance

Agō Más includes practical work on the mat and on the reformer. Please take part only if you are fit to exercise.

•      Tell us beforehand about any injury, medical condition, pregnancy or recent birth, so we can adapt the practical parts for you. If you are unsure whether you should take part, check with your doctor before booking.

•      Form over load. Work within your own limits. Stop and tell the teacher if anything feels wrong; every exercise has an easier option.

•      Grip socks are required on the equipment. We can provide a pair if you need them.

•      Arrive on time. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before 15:00. If you arrive after the practical part has started, the teacher may ask you to wait for a safe moment to join.

•      Your belongings remain your responsibility. Lockers are available at the studio.

You take part at your own risk. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, including for injury caused by our negligence.

6. Everything else

Course material. Any notes or handouts are for your personal use. Please do not copy, share or sell them, or record the sessions, without our written permission.

Photos and video. We may take photos or short videos during the masterclass to share on our channels. If you would prefer not to appear, tell us at check-in and we will make sure you are not featured.

Conduct. We want the room to feel safe and warm for everyone. We may ask anyone who behaves in a way that puts others at risk or disrupts the session to leave, without a refund.

Your data. We use your details only to manage your booking and contact you about it. We never share them with third parties for marketing.

Governing law. These terms are governed by Spanish law. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
