First-timers
We know first-time workouts can feel a little intimidating. Don’t worry, there’s usually a first-timer in every class. Just let our team know when you arrive, and your instructor will guide you every step of the way. Before you know it, you’ll be moving, smiling, and feeling at home in our reformer pilates studio.
How to get started
Getting started at Agō is easy! Grab our 3-class introductory pack at a special discounted rate and try a few classes to see what you love. We advise you to come 5–10 minutes early so we can give you a warm welcome and help you settle in. Need water or grip socks? We’ve got you covered in our studio store.
What to wear
Dress comfortably in breathable, stretchy activewear so you can move freely. For both safety and hygiene wearing grip socks is mandatory at agō. If you don’t have a pair, don’t worry, we’ve got them available in our studio store. Keep it simple, comfy, and ready to sweat, stretch, and smile!
